- What is the Difference between
Non-Searchable and Searchable PDF?
Answer: A PDF searchable document allows you to search the entire
document for a key word, phrase, or sequence. PDF Searchable file
wrappers are book marked from the table of contents to allow to to
instantly jump to specific papers. Non-Searchable PDF just allows
you to view the document in an electronic format.
- What options do I have to receive electronic
documents?
Answer: We offer a variety of ways to get your electronic documents
to you. With small documents we E-mail them directly to you. Most
File Wrappers are too large to E-mail, so we create a secure ftp
account with a username and password and allow you to download the
documents at your convenience. We can also provide your order on a
CD or DVD Rom.
- What if I want a paper copy with my
Electronic Copy?
Answer: Paper copies are provided free of charge if requested. We
will ship you a copy along with your CD or DVD or after your
download.
- What if I want to ship the information directly to my client?
Answer: We will ship directly to your client. We can put your firm's
return address and forward the invoice to your firm. We also offer a
custom label design on our CD or DVD ROMs for a one time setup fee.
